14 “You are the light of the world. A city set on a [a]hill cannot be hidden; 15 nor does anyone light a lamp and put it under a[b]basket, but on the lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. 16 Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven.

Identity- light of the world

You (greek) - plural each one and all
1. I am - born again
2. I am not

Necessity-
1. Yes I am.
2. No I am not.

Am I needed in this world
Visibility
1. Are you?
2. Are you not?

Glory of God
1. Yes
2. No

If people do not know you are a believer, Light of the world, but not shining.
Our end purpose to give glory to God.

"Some have problems shining their light because they misinterpret the Bible."

Do not be embarrassed to be a child of God.
